Some services are not covered by the NHS and a charge is payable – eg:

• Sports, Pre-employment and HGV Medicals
• BUPA Verification
• PPP Verification
• Other Private Certificates
• Sick Notes for First Week of Illness
• Prescription for Medication to be Taken Abroad
• Vaccination Certificates
