Register with our practice

We are pleased to welcome new patients.

Please register by using the Joining This Practice tile on the home page which will open the nhs registration page. Please remember to add your previous UK address, if relevant.

All new patients are invited for a short health check with the nurse when they ask to register. We are unable to register you fully until this has been done. It is a valuable way of meeting you and establishing continuity of care; your previous medical records may not reach us for several weeks.

Your registration is with the practice as a whole. You may consult any of our partners. Our receptionists are on duty from 8.00am-6.30pm Monday to Friday.

Proxy Access – You can request proxy access for another patient, subject to passing identity checks and receiving their written permission, which could enable you to book appointments, order repeat medication, view their immunisation history and their test/investigation results.

Emergency Treatment for Foreign Visitors
People from abroad are eligible for NHS treatment in the case of an emergency. If you require treatment or medication for a pre-existing condition you will be charged a fee, which then should be claimed back via your insurance company.
You can receive emergency treatment for up to 14 days.
Please note that these conditions also apply to British nationals living abroad.
Foreign visitors need to complete a  PRF Form  to be seen by a GP.
The PRF form is found by clicking on the ‘Register Online’ tab below –  Other Ways to Register   – Please make sure ‘Part C’ of the online form is completed.
